Villari's Martial Arts is not your typical child drop off center. All classes are structured and supervised allowing everyone the opportunity to excel! Our LIMITED ENROLLMENT assures your child the best opportunity to learn while having FUN in our Upscale Studio!

Our unique children's program is designed to instill in your child the tools and skills they need to grow up confident and capable - the tools he or she needs to face life with courage and strength. We accomplish this goal by focusing on bringing out your child's potential in four key areas:

• Physical - we will build your child's confidence by:Instilling fitness habits that will last a lifetime.

• Mental - we will help your child develop: Respect for self, family and others.

• Emotional - you will see your child grow with: Increased self-confidence and self-esteem.

Adult Program

Physical fitness - Who doesn't want to be physically fit and healthy, have minimal body fat and have a lean muscular build? I think we would be lying if we said that looking good on the outside didn't make us feel better on the inside. Martial Arts classes can give you a higher level of over all physical fitness then you may have ever achieved before. Our workouts involve exercises designed to develop flexibility, strength, muscle tone and coordination. The physical work out, deep breathing and mental focus required to learn and master the movements not only takes your mind of problems, but also creates a calm and harmonious state of mind that you will take with you back home and career. Many students tell us that they had more energy, get more done and enjoy better relationships.
